About Us
Hi, we’re Jim and Meghan!
We’re a husband-and-wife team who started Dipsy in 2017 with one ice cream cart and a love for hand-dipped treats. Since then we’ve added a second cart, a delivery service, a full ice cream kitchen for parties and classes, and now a shop, all based in Elmhurst, IL. However you like your ice cream, we’d love to make it for you!
