How It Works
It’s dessert with a little entertainment built in, not just a table of pre-made treats.
A Dipsy team member brings the cart to you and dips ice cream bars to order, live, in front of your guests. You pick the menu ahead of time (flavors, dip, toppings, and drizzles), we bring a personalized chalkboard menu on the day, and each guest builds their own bar on the spot.
- Staffing: One Dipsy team member runs the cart for the full event. Two attendants can be provided if your party size qualifies.
- Minimums: 50 ice cream bars Sunday – Friday, 100 bars on Saturdays.
- Rental length: 90 minute minimum. Additional time can be added for a fee.
- Setup needs: Just a standard 3-prong outlet, we bring everything else.
- Indoor or outdoor: We’ll ask for a rain or severe-weather backup plan if you’re hosting outside.

Our two ice cream carts, do exactly the same job, made-to-order hand-dipped bars for your guests, they just look different. The Little Dipper cart can also be branded with a custom magnet for corporate events.
