Every bar, scoop, and shake starts the same way: made by hand, by us, in Elmhurst.

We make all of our ice cream flavors ourselves at our Elmhurst location rather than buying it pre-made, and we source our dairy locally from a farm in Sandwich, IL. That means when you get a Dipsy ice cream bar, whether it’s dipped to order at your wedding, delivered in a cooler for your office party, or scooped at the shop, it started as real cream from a real local farm, not a distributor.

We also build our menu with options in mind: our core flavors are nut-free, and we offer dairy-free, vegan, and gluten-free options across our flavors, dips, and toppings, so more of your guests (or more of you) can actually enjoy it.
